I reached out to a few local cleaning services through email and Molly Maid was the only company that actually called me back and was extremely helpful. I was so thankful that they were able to help me out with my last minute request! I hadn't cleaned my apartment in a while, and Helene and Robin tackled the job and both did a wonderful job! Everything was cleaned thoroughly and I was very happy with the final results! They were extremely friendly, polite, and professional which made the experience very comfortable as well. We have had Molly Maid for almost 3 years. Most of that time Ally has been our lead girl. She is absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail is second to none. She comes every week and doesn't complain about the amount of dog fur she has to clean up from our 3 labs! She's a true gem!

The girls that accompany her are awesome as well. The team leaves our house sparkling and beautiful; which is no small feat! They even clean out our "dog fridge" which houses the (gross) raw food we feed to our animals. Never once have I heard a complaint or negative word. They are respectful and kind.

In hindsight, we bit off more than we could chew. In a span of six weeks, we had seen a property by chance, made the decision to down-size from our home into a 2-bedroom apartment living, renovations prior to moving into the apartment and getting the house ready for sale. Fast forward to moving day and after the moving trucks delivered our belongings, the last thing we wanted to do was turn back to clean up an empty house. When my wife suggested Molly Maid, in truth I was against the idea. But Molly Maid was the best decision. The team was on time and professional. They arrived at our new location and took over cleaning the apartment, getting rid of all the drywall dust and dirt from a renovation. Now we could unpack our belongings and create a space that was our new home. That was not all. As we were busy unpacking boxes in our new home, Molly Maid returned to the house and with furniture and boxes out of the way, cleaned everything from the windows to walls, floors to appliances. The house was new again and ready realtors to show. And all this time, allowed us to focus our energy and attention to unpacking and making our apartment our new home. I admitted to my wife that calling Molly Maid was the best decision we could have made. We would highly recommend Molly Maid.
