Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though hours and days can be adjusted to meet different needs. Your local team can’t always give a specific arrival time, but we will always try to work with what’s best for you.

What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?

Our team treats your home with care. If an accident or breakage occurs during cleaning, your local MOLLY MAID owner will contact you promptly to repair or replace the item.
