My mom and I receive a bi-weekly Tuesday afternoon cleaning service and the ladies that come to work are amazing. They continuously clean the house and never waste any time. They are always willing to accommodate us to any changes that I have and they are always very helpful in recommending what other services they can provide to assist us more effectively if needed in the future when asked. They have done some major transformations to the cleanliness of the house and my mom and I are very thankful they have been able to come and never shy away from a dirty situation. They are very reliable and always on time. I love the heads up reminder I get texted the night before that they are coming. I would highly recommend Molly Maid, and their crew of cleaning wizards. Had The Molly Maid team come to our house to put the final cleaning touches on our basement suite. It was a move out service and the team was incredibly friendly, thorough, efficient, and such a pleasure to deal with! The suite looked brand new. These folks did an absolutely amazing job with very short notice! I was in a bit of a bind and they were able to accommodate me with no problem at all. They were on time, and very professional and our home was clean from top to bottom. I highly recommend Molly Maid Kamloops. Having just undergone a reno we decided to have Molly Maid come in and do a whole home cleaning. To say they went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. The house looked absolutely incredible. The customer service and communication were second to none. We hope to have them come in on a monthly basis so our house can look like this all the time.

The whole team at Molly Maid Kamloops was wonderful to do business with. From Cindy and Penny’s prompt responses to my inquiry to the team performing a move out clean. All services and communications were executed with perfection, at a very reasonable price. It left my landlord very happy as they told me they had never taken back possession of the rental in such great condition.

If you need regular cleanings or a move out clean, I highly recommend the Molly Maid team.

We had the Molly ladies come to my in laws home for a deep clean. Being from Ontario. We were extremely happy they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. Molly Maid works in a team of 2, however they sent a team of 3 to us. The team of 3 was no extra cost, and we got the same amount of work done as a team of 2 in less time with the extra hands. They did a super job. Got everything we wanted done, and because of the team of 3 - got it done before I had to leave to go back to Ontario.. We highly recommend Molly Maid !

Molly Maid came in this morning Cindy along with her helper, for a deep clean for 9a she text me @ 10:04 & said they would be done in twenty minutes. Cindy went over everything with me when I got back to let me know everything that had been done. My apt is so clean I love ❤️ it. The ladies were very friendly & very efficient.
