When I reached out to Molly Maid Aurora, Carrie listened to exactly what I wanted from a cleaning service. With 4 adults and 3 dogs living in one house, the house required a lot of TLC and we needed people who could easier work around the dogs and whom we could trust. Carrie found us Deanna and Jamie and they have been excellent. Always on time, great team work to finish efficiently and so pleasant to speak with. Carrie's customer service is so strong. I really appreciate how responsive and detailed she is.

Really appreciated the extra effort from Donna (expert) and Lisa (great newcomer). It wasn't an easy task to get my place sparkling after some neglect on my part due to disability and recent injury, but they sure managed it! Donna and Lisa were polite in following my (too many) instructions and requests, and extremely efficient in cleaning my kitchen appliances and floors especially. Highly recommend Molly Maid Aurora! Exceptional service, team is A++, cleaning and customer service is phenomenal. Easy to communicate with, great to schedule, always a fantastic clean. The team arrived right on time and brought all the necessary supplies, which was incredibly convenient. They were meticulous in their work, paying attention to every detail, and left my home sparkling clean. I was especially impressed with how they tackled some of the trickier areas that usually get overlooked.
