Great service. I like that they call before the clean to confirm what needs to be done. They always follow up after a clean to see how it went or where to improve. Great staff that do great work and very professional. They even clean appliances as needed and work with our schedule to book cleans.

Compared to my previous cleaner that always sent just one person, Molly sends at least 2 and sometimes 3 people. Really speeds up the process, which I like. With 3 people it feels like they're in and out.

The owner sometimes comes as part of the team to do the cleans as well and on those days the house is left extra sparkling.

When I called Molly Maids in Belleville Stephan and Nelly each provided initial information that was clear and concise. We decided on a deep clean. Cody and Stephanie arrived on time and went straight to work-and they really did do a Deep Clean; light fixtures, behind appliances, high window ledges. Each was pleasant while remaining professional at all times. A bit pricey, but so worth it! Very pleased.

Where to begin?
Compassion. I have been a caregiver for my octogenarian father and both my nonagenarian in-laws. The team is never intrusive and always kind and professional. They all work their magic miraculously and are a delight to have in our home.
Nelly in the office is kind, caring, attentive and efficient, a pleasure with which to deal.
The teams always arrive on time and inquire if there is anything special required. Their quality of work is wonderful. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend their services.

They have been very helpful in this capacity and in particular, sensitive to my mother's needs which can be slightly different from visit to visit. The team I had was very thorough with the clean, they started with the upstairs and moved all the way to the basement… doing everything from bathroom (toilet, sinks,etc), kitchen (stove, microwave,etc)
