Sept 24/25 Update
I was very happy with Molly Maid for eighteen years in an apartment and since 2021 in my house…until July 2025 when the London franchise was taken over with new owners. Since then, my team has never arrived when scheduled and after agreeing to a different day and time several times, they wouldn’t arrive and when I’d phone I’d be told they were out of town on a four hour clean. I felt that they no longer valued me as a client. I’m trying another company as I could no longer deal with their haphazard scheduling.

They have always been excellent with cleaning (we have THE BEST team at our house every two weeks) and the main office is really good if we need to switch our day once in a while.
