I do not normally write reviews or complete surveys. However, for this cleaning service, I feel obligated to write this review. My wife and I have had several private house cleaners come into our home to clean for us. Their services were satisfactory at best. However, the cleaning services that we have acquired from Molly Maid Thunder Bay has been exceptional........ five stars plus. Kathy and Kim have done one deep clean and three regular home cleaning visits so far. There is nothing better than coming home from a long day of work and walking into our home that has been cleaned by Kathy and Kim. They are meticulous and attentive to every detail. Their detail oriented effort is obvious both upstairs and downstairs in our home. I have pretty high expectations when it comes to paying for services such as this. I have yet to find anything about their cleaning that I can criticize. A welcome change. Thank you Kathy and Kim for taking such pride in your work. Thank you for cleaning our home. Five stars plus!!

Molly Maid is terrific! They did an incredible job in my condo; I highly recommend! : )

The ladies with Molly Maid are really fantastic. They balance being thorough with being efficient and are always friendly. They are also great with my dog, who is nervous around brooms and vacuums. Doris and Tash are particularly thorough, although all the ladies do a nice job. Tash even spotted an extra "above and beyond" item to clean — the space above my cupboards — and is taking time to make sure they get cleaned occasionally. They also leave the house looking extra cozy, folding quilts, for example, so that it looks extra tidy and homey when you come home. It smells clean but never of harsh chemicals. Would highly recommend! I do wish you could pay extra for help wiping down the blinds, which are tedious to clean by yourself.

Love the cleaning servi]ce I recieved from Kathy and Harriet who were very professional and very curtious! It was a gift from my two children for Christmas and asccoming up 83 with a right shoulder injury I suffered in a fall it is a fantastic gift to recieve❤️💯🇨🇦

We usually have Cathy and Kim once a month to do our cleaning. They always do an efficient, thorough job and they do it with a cheerful attitude. We are always glad to see them. We also have great chats with them. It's not all business!
