Here’s how: Pour 1 cup of baking soda down the drain, followed by 1 cup of white vinegar. Let this ‘work’ in your drain for a few hours; then flush with 3 cups of boiling water. TOILET BOWLS: Here’s one of the best green cleaning tips for toilet bowl rings: Add a small amount of vinegar to baking soda and mix into a paste (don’t make too much). Apply the paste to persistent toilet bowl rings and rub with a microfibre cloth to remove the grime.
