Molly Maid do a wonderful job of cleaning our home.

I will start by saying that the Molly Maid workers that came to my place were on time and very kind. However, when they were finished and left I took a look at the work they had done (apparently I was supposed to do a walk through with them before they left but this was not initiated and I feel that should be part of their protocol). For anyone who has cleaning services you know the bathroom and kitchen are where the majority of the time spent. I went into the bathroom and it was clear that the only items that had been cleaned was the toilet and mirror. In the kitchen, cleaning was only done around items and appliances not underneath and it was apparent the same with the vacuuming and mopping as in the living room dust was still under and behind the receiver. While I do appreciate after a phone call with the owner that he sent the workers back to finish the job the way it should have been, it was his further response that was unprofessional and also questionable. Due to the time I was taken away from work rectifying this I felt I should be compensated. The least he (Asif) could have done is offered a discount or something for a future cleaning. Instead he said that they didn't charge me as much as they should have in the first place so I was already saving plus they gave me extra time when they came back. When I let him know I would be doing a poor review he said that was a form of blackmail. Furthermore, when I said I was also going to post about this experience on my social media he said that it wouldn't be a good thing for these poor immigrant women who are just trying to work. I wouldn't have even been able to name these women (not that I would anyhow) so I am unsure why he needed to add that in and use that wording either. That was extremely distasteful. So thank you to the women that came back to fix the cleaning. I truly hope that you are getting paid a decent portion as this cost almost double of what I have paid my private cleaners. And for the public, I highly suggest hiring a house cleaner off of Marketplace. They will get the full pay and are their own business owners.

You saw things that needed cleaning and shining that even my eye had missed, but very evident after you came through. It looks terrific. Thanks also to the administrative staff who did the scheduling and communication and payment-receipt as that all went so smoothly!
