We had Jessica and Sara clean our house today and they did an amazing job! Everything we wanted on our list was done and completed in the amount of time that was estimated to us prior to booking. Extremely satisfied with how clean our bathrooms and kitchen were after. Would highly recommend Molly Maids!

Deborah and Tana are very efficient, friendly, and kind. We have been using this dynamic duo for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. Our place just sparkles when they are finished.

Jan 2nd - Disappointed with Today’s ServiceI am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Molly Maid today. I had specifically requested a deep clean for my kitchen, but the results were far from acceptable.• Kitchen grease and splashes: The backsplash and kitchen vent still had visible grease splashes, and it seemed like these areas were barely touched, if at all.• Microwave cleaning: The microwave was cleaned very poorly—this is a simple task that should have been handled with care.• Cleaning around the fridge: This area was neglected as well, leaving visible dirt and grime.• Stove: While I understand that the stuck-on food on my stove is a challenge, I expected more effort on other areas of the kitchen that were easier to address.Many of the areas I could easily clean with a wet cloth and some dish soap. I expected more from a professional cleaning service and surprised they did not come better equipped with cleaning supplies to clean the mentioned areasAside from cleaning, my husband noticed one of the cleaners was on her phone. When he had mentioned the areas to her that needed attention, she seemed unwilling to attempt any further cleaning on it and blamed things being ‘stuck on’ and nothing more she could do about it.I have called to raise my concerns, and they assured me that someone else would be sent on Monday to complete the cleaning, which should have been done correctly in the first place. I appreciate the follow-up but am frustrated that this additional step is even necessary.I will provide further updates after Monday’s visit. I hope Molly Maid takes this feedback seriously and ensures better quality in future services.———————————Jan 6th - UPDATE:Today, Molly Maid sent two different cleaners, Tana and Debra, to address the missed areas. They did an exceptional job, and I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Their professionalism and thoroughness have restored my faith in the service, and I am grateful for the quick resolution to my concerns.I would recommend Molly Maid for their responsiveness and ability to make things right and will continue to use Molly Maid for future cleanings.Attaching some new pictures after today’s cleaning

Adorable ladies cleaned my house so nicely. All the furniture, counter tops, rugs, bathrooms, cabinets and everything else were cleaned to a sparkle. I love how everything smells so good after they're done.

I've used Molly Maid Langley & East Surrey several times and they've always been lovely to work with! The cleaning teams do an excellent job, arrive on time and are ready to work right away.

The first time was above excellent, this time I think they had a new girl, so won't recommend as high as we did the first time. But on the whole these girls are awesome. We really appreciate what the do.

Molly Maid (Langley & South Surrey) have been amazing as we’ve set up a regular cleaning program for my mother who’s nearly 90 and needs that extra help to keep thing tidy & clean. The Molly Maid crew have been perfect as they’re super polite & courteous with mom. They’ve also been very responsive, reliable and do great work. Kudos to the entire MM team! Highly recommend them!

I scheduled Molly Maid to help my elderly mother up keep her home. Initially after the first visit, we were incredibly disappointed with the quality of the work.... BUT.... I do have to say Molly Maid's customer service is amazing. They immediately scheduled a repeat visit and corrected everything we were unhappy about. Have to say that the prices are on the high side, but worth every penny as they definitely honor their work.Thank you cleaning team! Making my mother happy is my priority one!

Words cannot express about the professionalism and detailed cleaning service, but I will try. My wife has been in the hospital for a couple weeks, and I have been there with her most of the days. I needed help so I contacted Molly Maid Langley and the team began cleaning the house. I had to leave to go to the hospital, and when I returned I was amazed at the cleaning detail to the entire townhouse. I inspected the floors and they hit every square inch of the house. They even folded 2 blankets in the shapes of hearts lol my wife will love that. Thank you Molly Maid team, you really came through during a time of need. We really appreciate it and we will recommend you to others.

Alyssa and Jennifer were so cheerful and hardworking and left the bathrooms and floors sparkling clean! They work Route 15 and we would love to have them here every Tuesday.

I love MollyMaid housekeepers, they come in, they are reliable, respectful if I’m not happy they will come back to fix it, I have only had that happen once in the last 20 years. I’ve tried other options and never been as happy.

After a pretty bad experience with another cleaning service, I was hesitant to try another agency. The immediate response and attention to detail from Shauna at the first point of contact exceeded my expectations, and when I came home after the cleaners had done their initial clean, I was blown away. They not only followed all the instructions around my animals, they also did a fantastic job of my entire home. It gave me such a sense of comfort and relief, and I look forward to being a returning customer.
