Absolutely Outstanding Service!I recently had a few monthly deep cleans done by the team from Molly Maid Langley, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. Every corner of my home sparkled by the time they were done, even spots I hadn't thought about cleaning were spotless!They paid incredible attention to detail, took care of everything from baseboards, window sils, my fridge, to ceiling fans, and left the entire house smelling fresh (not toxic) and looking immaculate. It genuinely felt like walking into a brand-new home. They were also respectful of my space and belongings, and their efficiency was amazing. They were so kind and caring and I left a large amount of cash in sight unintentionally, and nothing was touched.I highly recommend Molly Maid Langley to anyone looking for top-quality cleaning services. They truly exceeded my expectations and gave me peace of mind knowing my home is in such capable hands. Five stars all the way! I love how clean it feels it gives me so much time. We had our house cleaned professionally for the first time yesterday and I can't believe what a fantastic job Tana and Deborah (Route 10) did. They were friendly, professional, efficient and left our house shining! We have many pets and despite the fur that accumulates, they had our carpets, floors, and baseboards so clean. Tana and Deborah are the absolute best! Always cheerful and very thorough. The house is always cleaned to perfection and such a joy to come home to!

The ladies have done an excellent job each visit, exceeding my expectations. My husband commented on the job well done, something he does not usually notice! They went above and beyond when they feared our indoor cat might have snuck outside. They didn't leave the house until they had searched all his usual haunts and found him.

Had to do a 'move out' clean, and the two ladies they sent were personable and efficient, and the office staff was great and quick to respond.

Was needing a good refresh of my house and help to get it to that brand new feel again. Jessica R. and Sara W. did a fantastic job. Jan 2nd - Disappointed with Today’s ServiceI am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Molly Maid today. I had specifically requested a deep clean for my kitchen, but the results were far from acceptable.• Kitchen grease and splashes: The backsplash and kitchen vent still had visible grease splashes, and it seemed like these areas were barely touched, if at all.• Microwave cleaning: The microwave was cleaned very poorly—this is a simple task that should have been handled with care.• Cleaning around the fridge: This area was neglected as well, leaving visible dirt and grime.• Stove: While I understand that the stuck-on food on my stove is a challenge, I expected more effort on other areas of the kitchen that were easier to address.Many of the areas I could easily clean with a wet cloth and some dish soap. I expected more from a professional cleaning service and surprised they did not come better equipped with cleaning supplies to clean the mentioned areasAside from cleaning, my husband noticed one of the cleaners was on her phone. When he had mentioned the areas to her that needed attention, she seemed unwilling to attempt any further cleaning on it and blamed things being ‘stuck on’ and nothing more she could do about it.I have called to raise my concerns, and they assured me that someone else would be sent on Monday to complete the cleaning, which should have been done correctly in the first place. I appreciate the follow-up but am frustrated that this additional step is even necessary.I will provide further updates after Monday’s visit. I hope Molly Maid takes this feedback seriously and ensures better quality in future services.———————————Jan 6th - UPDATE:Today, Molly Maid sent two different cleaners, Tana and Debra, to address the missed areas. They did an exceptional job, and I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Adorable ladies cleaned my house so nicely. All the furniture, counter tops, rugs, bathrooms, cabinets and everything else were cleaned to a sparkle. I love how everything smells so good after they're done.

I've used Molly Maid Langley & East Surrey several times and they've always been lovely to work with! The cleaning teams do an excellent job, arrive on time and are ready to work right away.

The first time was above excellent, this time I think they had a new girl, so won't recommend as high as we did the first time. But on the whole these girls are awesome. We really appreciate what the do.
