    OMG. So two wonderful women showed up today and cleaned my apartment. I live in an apartment. No one cares about my apartment.     Wow! I recently called Molly Maid for the first time, in need of help spring cleaning my home. From start to finish, it was a great experience! First, KC was very accommodating on the phone, and I am so impressed with the team he sent me. Debbie and Louise were very pleasant, they understood what I wanted, worked quickly and did a beautiful job on my place. Of special note, besides both of them working steady to deep clean the whole house, Louise took extra care with areas that are difficult for me to get to, and Debbie scrubbed the bathroom until it looks like new! I am really pleased with what they did, and grateful for their help. I would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent cleaning service!

    After the incident on Friday, HUNG UP, KC was willing to fix it by contacting back. KC was able to book for the time that I wanted. The ladies came in between estimated window time. They clean everything including taking out the trash. Wonderful!SUGGESTION:-) Keep excellent work in cleaning-) NEED TO IMPROVE: Customer service in phone.
