Recently had Molly Maid come in for a deep spring cleaning and I must say the girls went above and beyond ! They were super thorough, making sure to get everything from high to low. I was very impressed as they made my shower glass look like new again. The ladies were super friendly and professional, they even went the extra mile and had me do a walk around to make sure the cleaning met my standards before leaving. Fair to say I was very happy with my service and would highly recommend this company. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

The three ladies who showed up were very nice, friendly and professional. My spouse and I did a walk thru after they were done and we felt the home was looking pretty clean for the new homeowners. First timer and wow what a treat. The house is pristine and the attention to detail incredible. The young lady that cleaned the main floor and kitchen was first class. She even vacuumed behind the couch. Did a deep clean of the microwave and made a lovely design with the tea towels. The young lady that did the 4 bathrooms was MAGIC. She got stains out I could not even do. I am so impressed. My expectations were truly exceeded in every way. Thank you for a spectacular cleaning experience.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with Molly Maid. Our unit was mostly clean but a few spots needed some detailed cleaning and kindly requested them to focus on these but they were left as is with no update on why these were not done. For example, the mopping was not properly done as the floor was still dirty with water drip and shoes mark (that's just one of the list). I would not recommend at all as there are better cleaning services available in Barrie.

Edit: The team took the initiative to reach out afterward and offered to make things right. They returned for a second cleaning and did a much better job. It’s reassuring to see a company take responsibility and show a commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope this level of service is what all clients receive from the very first visit.
