They have only cleaned twice but I am confident they will remain a 5 star. The staff are very friendly and work efficiently to give you the best clean in the allotted time. I feel comfortable with them in my home and they are very friendly to our animals. The office staff is great and nothing every seems to be an issue with any request. I called molly maid in barrie after noticing that a elder family member was in need of a helping hand, office was extremely professional answering everything I needed to know and more, they had an opening within a few days, once they arrived, they knocked the socks off my entire family, over and above expectations to say the least, place has ever looked so clean, they also changed bedding, took trash outside to cans, they made the bathrooms shine like brand new again, (even cleaned out her cat litter) couldn’t find one spot they missed!! 10/10 would recommend for any busy household including your elders who need a helping hand, molly maid in barrie are kind,caring, passionate, professional team of ladies, side note: they always remember our names! Which is a plus in my books! So much so we have the girls coming to clean every 2 weeks! Best decision we could’ve made for our family!! Way to go girls.. see you again next week :)

I called Molly maid a week before I needed a clean done. The receptionist on the phone was very professional and gave me a fair quote. Two ladies showed up the day we agreed for the clean within the hours I was told they would show up, they were professional and confirmed everything I wanted specifically done. They did not waste time and got right to work. After 2.5 hours of work, my house looked immaculate. I would highly recommend Barrie Molly Maid services. 10/10! Thanks again ladies.
