Very very disappointed with the "cleaning" job that was done.....we trusted a good job would be done given molly maid usually has a good reputation however that was not the case. AND given you charge $90 / hour we were expecting the bathrooms ar least would be done. And i did not want to go through the hassle of interviewing individuals to clean but i had to do that anyhow!!!!! The bathrooms were not done, the powder room still had cob webs and spiders on the floor. The kitchen sink still had stains on it. The carpets....well forget it you did not wven bother. The only good that came of this is i actually found a cleaning lady to clean my place regularly for 1/3 of the price and she has been doing an amazing job.

I am very disappointed with the cleaning job I had done in Wasaga Beach on December 20th. I requested a top to bottom cleaning of my house. When I returned from work I found that my windows had not been done and that only 1 of my 3 bathrooms were clean. The floors were also not vacuumed well. Entire rooms had not been touched, dusted, nothing.We have house sitters coming for a year and I have spent my last 2 days in Canada re cleaning my home. I called Julie and left a message and have not received a response. I had several quotes to clean my home and I wish I had gone with anyone else.

Way overpriced for the services provided. Asked for a deep clean including floors mopped, etc. but they didn't even bring an actual mop with them, only a swiffer. We had to vacuum the floor after they left. We could have done the job ourselves for free. Wouldn't recommend. For almost $200 I would expect the floor to be at least mopped properly.

Been using molly maid for few years. Anytime I need to change my day or ask them to do something extra they do it no prob. They always respond back to me and accomdate me quickly.
