I used Molly Maid for the first time as a disabled senior. Lee, the owner, was excellent in her timely communication and price quotes, and we agreed on a date and time. Cindy and Mara came on time and did a marvelous job. Mara went out of her way to put on a duvet cover that was beyond my ability, and even replaced burnt-out bulbs and cleaned the light cover. My bathroom is still sparkling from the job Cindy did. She even cleaned the bath mat in the tub! Old dust cobwebs were removed and neglected carpets were thoroughly vacuumed. My only complaint was about the girl who cleaned my kitchen and caused damage, and never said a word to neither her colleagues nor to me. Fortunately, the owner has followed up and is investigating to make it right again. Based on the job done by Cindy and Mara, I would be happy to use their services again. Molly Maid Etobicoke will ensure a clean house for my holidays.
Update: Lee, the owner gave me a credit (offered me a choice of a partial refund or a credit and I chose the credit for my next cleaning) for the damage in the kitchen, and got back to me very quickly. She is very kind and understanding. I would recommend Mara and Cindy to anyone needing a cleaning, as their work was exceptional. The kindness shown to me during a tough time brought me to tears.

The team of ladies from Molly Maids Etobicoke have been cleaning my elderly mother’s house for several years now. Although the staff has varied over the course of that time, the service has always remained the same. In our experience, the ladies have been punctual, professional, reliable and always kind to my mother, who is very appreciative and highly approves of their cleaning performance. Can't say enough about Lee Colaguori and her team. Had them at my home multiple times and the girls are fantastic.

City of Toronto has notoriously hard water which leaves terrible white film on shower glass. I come home to sparkling clean glass and shiny chrome hinges and fixtures.

One time I came home to sticky hardwood floors (new person putting too much cleaning product in the water when washing the floors) and mentioned this to Lee the next day. She asked me why I didn't say so sooner and sent a team back right away.

Lee definitely backs up her services and the lovely ladies she sends to me do a good job every time.

Been using Molly Maid Etobicoke for the better part of 2025 and am really happy with their service. House is always left feeling fresh and clean. Booking via email is very quick and efficient; usually can have cleans booked within the hour and even sometimes next day service.
Cleaners are respectful, pleasant and do a good job. I will be continuing to use them!
