I just wanted to take a moment to share how much I’ve appreciated having your employee Hadiya around. What stands out most isn’t just the quality of her work (which is consistently great), but the way she carries herself day to day. She treats people with genuine kindness and empathy, and it really shows in how she interacts with both residents, our neighbours and staff she works with.

She has never made us feel anything but greatful when we see her show up. We know the job will get done well, others do fine but don’t take the time to really make sure the job is done right and make sure we are happy. Others tend to do a lot of talking on the job even in different languages at times which is fine but she always remains focused and moves at a great speed while others may be distracted. I’ve also noticed she always does a count for everything she’s brought into our home and makes sure the person she works with has everything before they leave.

Shes very understanding and patient, especially in situations where things don’t go perfectly. She approaches things with a calm, cooperative attitude and tries to find solutions that work. That kind of fairness and willingness to help makes a big difference in our overall environment especially with kids and animals around.

It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, but also in how she treat us and her teammates—and that combination is honestly rare. We’ve had a lot of cleaners come and go but I think she’s really valuable , not just for her work, but for the positive energy she brings and the mark she’s made on us.

I really do hope her management shows her the kind of kindness and empathy she shows us and gets a raise in the company, she is the reason we will continue our services with Molly Maid 😄

Molly Maid team members (Alex + Rachel) have been steller since coming to clean my home for the past few months. They are thorough and take great care with the details and valuables. Ivory and Youyou are the best. They clean our house so thoroughly. I look forward to their visit as they come in smiling and bring sunshine into the house. They are very professional, always on time and follow all my special instructions. My cat who usually ignores visitors loves them and runs towards them to greet them when they arrive. That says everything to me. I love them and they help keep my house clean and tidy always. God bless them.
