Sherry is the absolute sweetest! Extremely professional from start to end. Based on how warm and accommodating she was from the get go, I was ready to give 5 stars.
However, I’m now writing this review post clean and I’m thoroughly impressed. Her team restored areas that I didn’t even think possible of restoration lol.
I highly recommend and will be using her services in the future.

I needed to get my sister a monthly cleaning service that could “get the dirt” my sister couldn’t reach.

As Molly Maid is well known in my condominium complex and their rates were by far the most affordable, I called and spoke to the owner Sherry Harvey. I shared my concerns due to some poor reviews and my own unfortunate experience decades ago.

I appreciated Sherry’s honesty and unwavering support of her teams and decided to try again.

My sister’s first clean went well but there was a problem (garbage not taken out) with the second clean. I called Sherry right away and she directed the team to come back to my sister’s so we could resolve the situation, which we did. It turned out that there was a communication issue (which I had caused) between the team and me.

I have a great deal of respect for Sherry who is a good listener, a quick problem solver and loyal to her teams. It may be, as one review suggested, that the quality of the clean depends on the assigned team. I know Carla and Gabrielle, my sister’s team, do a dependable clean and a little extra by wiping her kitchen cupboards.

I know in the beginning I was hesitant to try Molly Maid after reading some of the reviews but now, in retrospect, I wonder if the individuals who posted them addressed their concerns to Sherry before posting them.

I had the chance recently to book Molly Maid for a move in cleaning and then another regular cleaning. Tiana and Amber were fast with attention to details. I am satisfied with their cleaning service and with Sherry’s customer service. Sherry basically helped get a same day appointment when I was desperate. All in all, totally recommend because you get the value of your money in a professional and punctual service!

So happy to have found reliable and thorough cleaners for our house. It is like spring cleaning once a month.

I'm very happy that Molly Maid offers a minimum 1 hour service whereas most companies have a minimum of 3 hours. I chose I hr 15 min and it was a sufficient time to clean all my specified parts of the house. Sherry went out of her way to provide next day service and the ladies did an amazing job! I would not hesitate to recommend them. TR
