From the first call contact with Lee, she took me through my options, pricing structure, how it would work, and described their extensive experience with a senior living situation. Lee addressed all my concerns. She paired my parents with Nancy and Jesse, who have been to see my parents twice - once for an initial more thorough cleaning, and once for a standard cleaning. These ladies have been efficient, professional, and kind. For both visits, Nancy checked in with both me and my parents. The communication has been excellent. My parents were VERY hesitant to receive professional help with housecleaning and the fact that they have agreed to continue to have Nancy and Jesse visit on a monthly basis is all the recommendation you need to work with Molly Maids Etobicoke! I have only great things to say about Molly Maid Etobicoke. When I initially contacted Lee about cleaning, she spent a long time on the phone with me to figure out exactly what kind of cleaning I needed. They were very busy at the time and couldn't initially fit me into the schedule for the exact day of the week I wanted a regular clean, but as soon as a spot opened up on my preferred day, Lee called me to see if I wanted to change to that day. It's that kind of attention to detail that I really appreciate as a client. The cleaners are wonderful women who bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment, they show up on time and work quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Everything is sparkling clean when they leave and the price is extremely reasonable for a bi-weekly clean. I highly recommend Molly Maid Etobicoke!
