My family recently connected with and obtained services from Molly Maid to help my parents with cleaning their home after my mom’s surgery. My mom has always been skeptical about cleaning services and wasn’t 100% onboard with hiring help, but from the first intro/quoting visit to multiple cleans later, she has been raving to anyone who will listen about how fantastic this team is. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been so kind, professional, and thorough in their communications and work. Neighbours and friends have also commented when visiting on how great of a job the cleaning team does. I highly recommend working with Molly Maid Brampton East for your cleaning needs! You won’t be disappointed at all with their work and you’ll never have issues with poor communication.

Ann and Chante was very pleasant and cleaned so fast and effectively! Will definitely be using their services again!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The cleaning did not meet basic expectations, with several noticeable areas missed. When I raised these concerns within their satisfaction guarantee period, the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented.

Instead of addressing the deficiencies, the owners declined to return and resolve the issues.

A company that promotes a guarantee should be prepared to stand behind its work.

You are very well aware of my situation with my move in and it should not come as a surprise to you based off of our last conversation hence my review. I moved in on Thursday. FRIDAY morning 9am we had a chat where I was to get back to you with a detailed list of the areas that needed to be revisited based off of your 100% policy. Instead of educating me on the policy and ensure that I get back to you by Friday evening you did not follow up or ask any questions. I sent you a formal request with the areas that needed work 9am on Saturday and let's not forget my service date was also on Saturday which means my initial request to you was well within your 100% policy. To me it seemed very unprofessional, unfair had I known to send the email Friday night versus Saturday morning we would not be in the situation.

Got a condo cleaned for my client while I was out of town. Molly Maid did an amazing job! I didnt need to worry about anything, they were there on time and cleaned it thoroughly. They were done on time, even earlier with a full deep cleaning. Reasonably priced! Definitely recommend them! Thank you Molly Maid Brampton West!

I would highly recommend the team from Molly Maid Brampton West who did an amazing job cleaning our basement. The washroom also needed a thorough cleaning and now it sparkles. The ladies were a pleasure to work with.

They came to clean my bathrooms and I liked how it looks now. They also tied up which I wasn’t expecting.

Excellent and quick service ⭐

Diane and Ann did a great job on cleaning my house. My husband is very particular about the house cleaning. We must be the first house they clean that day, they have to use our vacuums ( 3 different vacuum for 3 different area) and no mop bucket but swiffer wet one and lysol wipes ,not a cleaning cloth. They are friendly and great in following our particular request . Lakshita is very responsive to our schedule and request. A great team. Thank you Diane and Ann for the great job. And Lakshita for all the coordination.

We had such a lovely experience with Molly Maid Brampton West. Lisa and Andrea were absolutely wonderful! so kind, professional, and attentive to every detail.
