Team was incredibly efficient and professional. They even finished an hour early but still managed to do everything including cleaning my toaster oven inside out! Will use again for sure!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The cleaning did not meet basic expectations, with several noticeable areas missed. When I raised these concerns within their satisfaction guarantee period, the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented.

Instead of addressing the deficiencies, the owners declined to return and resolve the issues.

A company that promotes a guarantee should be prepared to stand behind its work.

You are very well aware of my situation with my move in and it should not come as a surprise to you based off of our last conversation hence my review. I moved in on Thursday. FRIDAY morning 9am we had a chat where I was to get back to you with a detailed list of the areas that needed to be revisited based off of your 100% policy. Instead of educating me on the policy and ensure that I get back to you by Friday evening you did not follow up or ask any questions. I sent you a formal request with the areas that needed work 9am on Saturday and let's not forget my service date was also on Saturday which means my initial request to you was well within your 100% policy. To me it seemed very unprofessional, unfair had I known to send the email Friday night versus Saturday morning we would not be in the situation.

I would highly recommend the team from Molly Maid Brampton West who did an amazing job cleaning our basement. The washroom also needed a thorough cleaning and now it sparkles. The ladies were a pleasure to work with.

Booking was easy; after filling in an online inquiry and then receiving a phone call, everything was confirmed. The main office even called to check in about the clean on the same day. Valeria and Latifat did an amazing job - a high level of detail throughout my home!

Got a condo cleaned for my client while I was out of town. Molly Maid did an amazing job! I didnt need to worry about anything, they were there on time and cleaned it thoroughly.
