We needed a deep cleaning and I'm so happy we went with Molly Maid. Anne and Diane were completely wonderful and made it easy. I'm usually nervous to be picky but they were so professional and kind, it was easy to ask for exactly what we needed. We loved them so much we're going to be regular customers with them! If you're a pet owner, have no fear as they were lovely with our two kitties running around their feet.

I’m so very happy with my cleaning. Diane and Ann did a fabulous job, quick thorough and they left the place smelling wonderful. They are both very friendly and great with our dog. Truly took the stress of deep cleaning the house!

Diane and Ann did a great job on cleaning my house. My husband is very particular about the house cleaning. We must be the first house they clean that day, they have to use our vacuums ( 3 different vacuum for 3 different area) and no mop bucket but swiffer wet one and lysol wipes ,not a cleaning cloth. They are friendly and great in following our particular request . Lakshita is very responsive to our schedule and request. A great team. Thank you Diane and Ann for the great job. 1-Star Review Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The cleaning did not meet basic expectations, with several noticeable areas missed. When I raised these concerns within their satisfaction guarantee period, the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented. Instead of addressing the deficiencies, the owners declined to return and resolve the issues. A company that promotes a guarantee should be prepared to stand behind its work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service Replying back to your comment: You are very well aware of my situation with my move in and it should not come as a surprise to you based off of our last conversation hence my review. I moved in on Thursday. FRIDAY morning 9am we had a chat where I was to get back to you with a detailed list of the areas that needed to be revisited based off of your 100% policy. Instead of educating me on the policy and ensure that I get back to you by Friday evening you did not follow up or ask any questions. I sent you a formal request with the areas that needed work 9am on Saturday and let's not forget my service date was also on Saturday which means my initial request to you was well within your 100% policy. To me it seemed very unprofessional, unfair had I known to send the email Friday night versus Saturday morning we would not be in the situation.
