    I wanted to thank Kimberley and Cathy for the great job they did at a family members place recently during a particularly emotional/stressful time. It was a challenging job as it was a seniors' home that had had not been kept up well due to health issues. I wasn't expecting a lot (because I figured it would take more time/work) than I had time to schedule the cleaning for, but they made the bathrooms really shine. The ongoing bi-weekly services have been a really nice reset to look forward to. The team I have has been great with my cats even when they attack the dusters.     Wow! Wow! Wow! I have Cheryl and Vanessa as my cleaners and do they ever do a GREAT job! They are quick and efficient but still manage to find the time to go above and beyond - like cleaning my bedroom balcony walk out sliding glass doors and leaving water for my cat for when they let her out from the basement (she isn't very nice to strangers - lol!).Also, kudos to Effie for always being in touch to ask for feedback and making sure the girls are aware of anything specific they might have missed or areas I would like them to focus.
