I called and left Molly Maid a message to help with a "move out" cleaning of a 1 bedroom unit. I got a call back from Greg the next day who was able to give me an approximate estimate for what I was looking to get done. The estimated time was about 3 hours.

The cleaning crew gave me a call the evening before the scheduled date to confirm their time of arrival. The day of the cleaning, two exceptionally friendly and helpful people (one was named Andrea, but unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the other) showed up on time, did a quick walkthrough of the unit with me and essentially told me that they would do their best to clean all that the landlord requested to be cleaned within the 3 hour estimate provided. To my happy surprise, the unit was not only cleaned on time, but the unit was cleaned immaculately!

Molly Maid’s team of cleaners are wonderful. They come in and do an amazing job of cleaning our home. They are professional and reliable. But more importantly make our home sparkle. They have given us more time as family instead of cleaning we come home to clean home. At first my wife was hesitant and felt we couldn’t do the job or what I call her pride. However the first time and every time she now comes after they have been in to clean the happiness and stress relief is priceless, to us a couple and family. With a family of 6 on different work schedules this makes all the difference in the world to me.

Molly Maid Northeast cleaned my office upon moving out. Great service and the office was spotless. They also brought all their own supplies. I got my full deposit back. Thank you Molly maid team for being the cleanest, cleaners out there.

literally did not even clean my sisters house when they moved in. it was absolutely disgusting. Photo proof was sent to the company & they offered a 20% discount off their next service as if they would ever choose them for a service again. Do not book with them, extremely unprofessional, argumentative & rude.

I am absolutely appalled by the service from Molly Maids. I was charged $333.33 for a “MOVE IN” clean. However once we got to the house the bathrooms & kitchens were still dirty. The toilets still had gunk around the seat, the toilet bowl still had a black rim around it, & the sink faucet still had built up mould & gunk around it. When I brought this up to Maryam “the franchise owner”, she insisted they spent extra time on the bathrooms. I sent her SEVERAL photos only to be offered “20% on my next cleaning” because “we didn’t tell her soon enough”. You are better off going with a small town cleaner than this company.

I contacted Molly maid to do a clean.
Booked for one hour and that’s all I asked for I gave them a list with minimal work to be under the hour. It was just a few things nothing too major all really easy and simple. In this house, there is an in between joining door for the basement. I told him to not go on that side that is not a part of our house. Once I arrive to check the house and make sure they did a good job. They told me they clean all the bathrooms, and I did not inform them to do that. I only asked for the master bathroom to be cleaned. Then they told me they went into basement also cleaned that entranceway. I did not ask for that that is not a part of my house. Once receiving the bill, I realize that it was really high. I contacted Molly made and asked they said because they went over the one hour limit that they were charging me an extra $35. I only booked for one hour. I did not book for any other time. Very unprofessional company if you ever go over the hour limit, they should be calling 15 minutes prior saying that they will not be able to clean the house within the hour. If I would’ve gotten a phone call I would’ve said that’s fine. Just leave the rest. I would’ve finished it but no instead of that they just kept cleaning and I was charged for those extra 12 minutes.

Extremely disappointed. They charged 150/hour for two people. Place dirty and unfinished at end of job. I called the number for satisfaction, but because I didn't call them the next day they told me there's nothing they could do. Had to pay 450+GST for unfinished work.

We are seniors in our late 70's and not as physically capable as we were. We utilized Molly Maid's services for the first time yesterday. We are very pleased with the results and will continue to us them every 2 weeks from here on.

Once again a fantastic job by Greg's team! Thank you so much for this month's clean. I look forward to using my condo's patio now that it is as clean as it was the day I took possession of it! :)
