Hired Molly Maid to to a move out clean and was very pleased with the work they did, the only concern I had was I thought the baseboards would be cleaned when the walls were done but that didn’t happen, might have been a misunderstanding.

I called and left Molly Maid a message to help with a "move out" cleaning of a 1 bedroom unit. I got a call back from Greg the next day who was able to give me an approximate estimate for what I was looking to get done. The estimated time was about 3 hours. The cleaning crew gave me a call the evening before the scheduled date to confirm their time of arrival. The day of the cleaning, two exceptionally friendly and helpful people (one was named Andrea, but unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the other) showed up on time, did a quick walkthrough of the unit with me and essentially told me that they would do their best to clean all that the landlord requested to be cleaned within the 3 hour estimate provided. To my happy surprise, the unit was not only cleaned on time, but the unit was cleaned immaculately! Thank you again for your hard work!

Nice voicemail first of all, like 30 seconds, before you can leave a message, plus charged me 500 dollars for a poor job, of 2 floors cleaned out of 4. Met Greg thought he was ok, but that 500 poor job was NOT

To clarify, your service was coordinated by a friend of you while you were away, with a specific request to keep the total cost at $500. Based on that budget, and the condition of the home, our Route Manager advised that not all areas could be completed within the time allowed. At your friend’s direction, our team focused on two floors and skipped the kitchen and basement. Our team was on-site for 3.5 hours, although we only charged for 3 hours to respect the agreed budget. We understand you were expecting all four floors cleaned, but that wasn’t possible within the scope of time and budget arranged. We’re always open to feedback and would have welcomed a conversation to clarify any concerns. We value transparency and work hard to deliver a fair and high-quality service. Thank you again,

Greg and Molly Maid have been looking after our office and home for the last few months and have done an amazing job. Our office has never been more comfortable now that Greg is keeping it consistently clean for us. This has resulted in a happier office staff which for us is key! I decided to get my wife of 32 years a Molly Maid gift certificate for Mothers Day this last summer. Gifts for my wife, after the number of years we have been together, are tough to come up with to say the least. This Last Mothers Day, Lila told me that this was the best Gift ever!! Thanks Greg :)
