We’ve been using Molly Maid St Albert for a couple years now and are more than impressed. We would definitely recommend them.

We've used Molly Maid for over 25 years. They are efficient, bonded and insured, but more than that they want to ensure we are happy. We are!

I had been using Molly Maid St Albert for the past five years. I live in Morinville and being outside of the "hub" was never an issue. From the onset, the conditions and payment were very clear and only went up slightly (a matter of a few dollars per clean) over this entire time. Being a single person, in a large house with a dog and a very demanding career, nothing was more inviting than coming home to a clean and orderly home. The staff of Molly Maid (especially Deb who has been part of the team since I began using this service) were always extremely respectful of my space and my beloved animal. Our communications were always clear and personable, the entire experience was a luxury for me. The only reason I have to cease services is due to my upcoming retirement. That said, I will undoubtedly be contacting them again when I go to sell my place. With their cleaning, I am sure the new owner would be more than pleased that I did. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Deb; simply a pleasure to work with - she is amazing!

UPDATE:After speaking with Tersia, who called me to discuss, some things were ironed out I think: a promise to make it more clear that the "Terms and Conditions" are further to the conversation on the phone will help I think. Also we agreed upon a change to the time we were charged for."I had 2 cleaners come in and charged $150 to do a kitchen and bathroom in an empty 2 bedroom condo. That did NOT include cleaning behind fridge and stove or oven cleaning (read the Terms and Conditions to find out that you have to have them pulled away from wall and must spray oven to get those services as nothing was mentioned at the meeting), no windows to clean, interior of medicine cabinet was missed. Also the bathroom and kitchen floors were not cleaned.You are assured that you are "charged only for the time they spend", but I was charged for time that they weren't there for.The satisfaction survey that came later was simply if the cleaners had done a good job, which they had (with exception of medicine cabinet).What would I say to Tersia if she asks about this, is why was I told it would be "bath and kitchen, in and out, top and bottom" without mentioning about the appliance pull out? And how do they work around appliances in the middle of the room in a small 7.5'x10' kitchen anyway? Also why was I charged for an hour and a half when cleaners were only there for an hour and 10 min?When I see the other reviewer was charged only $80 more for a whole house I am baffled.Would like to hear from Molly Maid."

I would like to just give a big thank you to the team at Molly maid St Albert.. they were so professional and thorough I could not have asked for anything else. They were very friendly efficient and did what they said they were going to do.. I highly recommend this service for they are the best out there

I had 2 cleaners come to my home for a move out clean, it took them 2 hrs for an 800sq foot house + basement and cost 230$ tx incl. just like they had quoted me on the phone. Perfectly priced for an amazing job, really friendly and hard working staff. I walked them though the house at first to let them know what to focus on, baseboards, fridge in and out (it sparkled when they were done!) And they did everything perfectly. Would definetly recommend, they didn't even charge an out of town fee like all other businesses. Thank You!
