    Im on a biweekly schedule and it has lifted the weight off my shoulders. My trio team Raechell, Victoria and Ashley are amazingly friendly with myself and my dogs. Everything is dusted, vaccumed and floors washed. They are fast and efficient. Something that would take me 6+hours they have done in an hour. They go the extra mile and have even let my dogs in an out when I wasn’t able to. Seriously life changing, highly recommend to anyone who is looking to unburden themselves from life’s chores.

    We hired Molly Maid to do a weekly clean on my mom’s apartment. We are paying for 2 hours. The lady that comes in to clean is good. We have always been very happy with Brenda’s work. Appointment time is 11 am. Her time arriving varies but it’s not due to her being late. It seems that it’s a scheduling issue. She is always friendly with my mom & has offered to do things not on her regular cleaning if she is done before the 2 hours is up.We have been with Molly Maid for a few months now & we have been happy with the cleaning services.

    I recently left a poor review of one star because I was so disappointed in the service provided as written below. However, the owner showed great concern over my dissatisfaction and compensated me without my asking. I feel this shows a lot of integrity and accountability and this is worth a lot these days! I would feel comfortable giving their service a second chance in the future.(Previous review): Extremely frustrating to hire a ‘professional’ cleaning service only to have to clean it myself now. Grimy countertops, streaks on mirrors, hair and spills in cupboards, drawers, and appliances, no dusting was done as far as I can tell, and grimy walls. This was supposed to be a move out/selling clean. I recommend hiring a smaller company that cares about their name, takes pride in their work and doesn’t misrepresent what they’re offering. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was so bad, I don’t want anyone else wasting their money.

    I strongly recommend Molly Maid Winnipeg East. I needed to find a cleaning service to take care of our aging father in Lorette MB. We knew we needed a deep clean including the fridge, stove, overall kitchen and bathrooms. I had to arrange this from Alberta while my husband was visiting. He's never seen his dad's house so clean! Two ladies worked for 4 hours - top to bottom and did a fantastic job. I have no reservations recommending their services and will be arranging regular cleanings for the future.

    We had Aleana clean our condo once again today after doing the initial longer cleaning a month ago. We plan to have HER come once a month and have her clean for us due to health problems. To say she is a hard worker, efficient, courteous and never stops working until the place is spotless would be nothing less than a massive understatement. Both my wife, Susan, and I are thoroughly impressed with her, and she completely cleaned all three floors in 2 hours on the nose.
