    Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The cleaning did not meet basic expectations, with several noticeable areas missed. When I raised these concerns within their satisfaction guarantee period, the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented.

    Instead of addressing the deficiencies, the owners declined to return and resolve the issues.

    A company that promotes a guarantee should be prepared to stand behind its work.

    You are very well aware of my situation with my move in and it should not come as a surprise to you based off of our last conversation hence my review. I moved in on Thursday. FRIDAY morning 9am we had a chat where I was to get back to you with a detailed list of the areas that needed to be revisited based off of your 100% policy. Instead of educating me on the policy and ensure that I get back to you by Friday evening you did not follow up or ask any questions. I sent you a formal request with the areas that needed work 9am on Saturday and let's not forget my service date was also on Saturday which means my initial request to you was well within your 100% policy. To me it seemed very unprofessional, unfair had I known to send the email Friday night versus Saturday morning we would not be in the situation.

    Seven days later, after moving in, you reached out regarding a couple of areas that were missed. We promptly offered to return the same day to address them, however we did not hear back until after hours with a request for the following day, which was a holiday and outside of our 100% service guarantee window.

    We always strive to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. It’s unfortunate we weren’t able to coordinate within the guarantee period, as providing consistent, high-quality service remains very important to us.
