The women who come to us are excellent. While they're cleaning their presence is not interfering in any way. It's almost as if they aren't here. This isn't easy since my husband is wheelchair bound and can't be out of the way! But when they leave, our home sparkles. I'm thankful to have them.

Molly maid east has been very flexible with us. With small kids and germs we sometimes have had to cancel/reschedule very last minute and they have done so with no issue. Thankful for that.

I recently had a deep cleaning done by Molly Maid Ottawa East, and the experience was excellent. The cleaners were fast, incredibly thorough, and very friendly. They worked non-stop and delivered a fantastic result.

Every detail was taken care of—dust was completely removed from pictures and window sills, and the bathrooms were left spotless. It truly felt like a full refresh for the entire house.

I would definitely recommend their services.

By way of background, I am a senior, retired veteran (senior officer) and maintaining a house while my wife is in long term care. I also have many very fragile antiques and collectibles from my wife's antique business. I have had the services of Molly Main Orleans, for many months now and cannot believe how their 5 star service has added tremendously to my comfort and safety factor. My "dynamic duo", Justine and Christina are extremely respectful, courteous, kind and meticulous in their cleaning duties. They clean underneath and behind things I would not even think of doing. More importantly, they are super careful whilst cleaning around the antigues to make sure there is no damage. Also, they have a good sense of humour and decorum. What they do and how they do it is perfect for me especially given the circumstances of my situation. Would recommend them anytime, any situation. Also, I must comment very positively on the local manager, Michaela who is so flexible and accommodating if I have an issue with schedules, etc.

We've been using MM Orleans for many years now and super happy with the service. The team are incredibly reliable (I can't think of a single time we weren't able to have a cleaning done on schedule) and do a good job cleaning our home.

Anything we've raised (very very few things!) has been promptly addressed and while we are "one of many", feel like valued customers.

We recently had the team for a cleaning. They were very thorough and it was a great experience.

I had a deep cleaning done by Molly Maid on February 3rd. I was totally impressed with how clean our house was when we returned. Our monthly cleaning is being done on March 10/2026. We are expecting to be just as pleased as we were the first time. Thank you for taking this off my plate!
