Great clean from two wonderful people, Teresa and Janie!

Very pleased with the cleaning services from this company. I have been using them for about a year now, once per month. Sherry is always quick to respond to inquiries and Teresa and Janie make a great cleaning team. Excellent cleaners, friendly and efficient with high attention to detail. We decided to try Molly Maid when life with two young children got too busy to keep up with the cleaning. We've had two cleanings so far and, overall, they do a great job and we're very happy! The bathrooms, kitchen and floors are always sparkling.

Some potential areas of improvement: There is a bit of a lack of communication between teams and with clients based on what I've seen. The first cleaning, there was confusion about what was to be cleaned so the team began doing things outside of scope. Then I noticed that it was a different team that came for the second cleaning compared to the first, and so they confirmed the areas I had requested to be cleaned (no big deal). Also, after the first cleaning they asked that I come check and sign off on the cleaning but for the second they did not. Lastly, there was no follow-up phone call or email for feedback on the cleaning. Eventually I called in and provided some feedback.
