I have to say that when many service commitments are never what is promised the Molly Maid service St Catharines is a gem to be discovered. Molly Maid in Niagara Falls . On. is ZERO services we need to clean again after they leave the house. the floor is not cleaned, the Bathrooms is not cleaned well , the furniture not cleaned, you can't smell any fresh cleaning after they finished PLUS they charged first visit $104 per H. I agree cause I have back pain issue and I know my house is small house less than 2000 SQF and it takes almost 2.5 hours cause we are only two persons live in the house no kids , no pets, no dirties , its just dust and toilet cleaning . they told me its only for first time then it will be $ 184.00 per visit . So in the first time they work very slow they took sweet time to make more hours ending spent $440.00 for only the half of the house and in the 2nd visit they want me to pay again $ 104.00 per h for the places not cleaned I refused because I will be ending paying almost a thousand dollars if I agree I refused then they not clean the places which is not clean in the first visit and just almost make themselves cleaning and I paid $185.00 for the 2nd visit and after they leave I found the house its same like before cleaning all dust , floor not Vac. not mop ending cleaning again by my self before my hubby back and be angry for all this money losses I write all the comments for my self for the 3rd visitbut I got a call they said they will not come back . THE IMPORTANT THING IS THIS COMPANT IS JUST MAKING MONEY FOR THE FIRST VISIT THEN WILL NOT COME BACK. Sure you will ask me why they come in the 2nd visit ? Yes cause the girl in charge make wrong calculations and of course they come showing to work to take the different amount plus they not clean as I mentioned before and make extra money then they call will not come back for the 3rd visit .All the reviews they have I think its from friends or relatives . MOLLY MAIDS IN NIAGARA FALLS NOT RECOMENDED TO ANy ONE ITS THIEF COMPANY

The ladies that cleaned our place in Smithville were absolutely AMAZING! They cleaned our rental unit very well, got in all the corners and did a really thorough job which it needed! They were also very friendly and accommodating.

Poor communication. Booked but then they did not arrive. There was no phone follow up prior to the appointment itself. Disappointing when we are on a deadline to clean our residence. Also, there was a lengthy procedure to actually speak to the responsible person for our location.
