A superlative job deep cleaning my parent's home to put it up for sale. House had been emptied, but was very dusty & had tough grime on surfaces. Rhonda and Melanie worked very hard for a full day to clean & renew the house. Bathrooms deep cleaned, all cabinets & surfaces washed, floors & baseboards vacuumed & washed, shelves & window sills dusted & cleaned. From top to bottom of house, it was thoroughly cleaned and smelled fresh! The house has a new energy thanks to Rhonda and Melanie! Highly recommend Molly Maid!

I find that the ladies who clean are very personable and do a great job cleaning.

Doris is the best ! So friendly my kids love her and she always has a cookie for the dog ! Cleaning is amazing and she pays attention to detail !

Great service and friendly staff!The team at Molly Maid is always helpful when it comes to scheduling a convenient time for cleaning our home. Doris and her partner always phone ahead to let me know when they are on their way and they consistently arrive within the designated 2 hour window. The cleaning is done very professionally!

Carol and Heather were amazing! They did a great job cleaning my home. I had the opportunity to meet them at the end of the clean and they were very friendly. My dog Rose loved them! The ladies in the office are also very friendly and accommodating.

We have been using the Molly Maid services for a little over a year and a half now and I am FINALLY coming on to write a review!Carol has been our ‘lead’ (I’m not sure what her official title would be) cleaner since day 1. She and another cleaner come to our home biweekly. I have nothing but great things to say! Carol is so kind and respectful- listening to any concerns we have or changes we might need. We have dogs and have never had any problems. And most importantly our house looks amazing once the job is done- it’s such a great feeling to come home and the house just looks fantastic - it’s like a weight being lifted from my shoulders every 2 weeks 😋I will be honest and say it is a luxury service, it is not cheap, however with a team of 2 it means the work is done fast and honestly you get what you pay for. I have never felt ‘off’ about having Carol (and team) in our house. We used to try and be home when they would come (it is a stranger after all) but we have never had any issues (something missing or moved, anyone acting ‘off’ ect) and I credit that with also the trust we have in Carol, she is always so professional and have put any concerns we have at ease. I trust her completely in my home.Long story short- I would recommend the Molly Maid services to anyone, we have had nothing but good experiences. Any concerns or questions we have ever had (from signing up to booking to changes in scheduling ect.) have been answered with professionalism and respect and our home always looks great!

Excellent service

Kathy and Colleen were an awesome team. They did an incredible job and were so thorough in their clean — they cleaned under the couches, wiped down all the furniture, and left my house completely spotless. What a pleasure to come home to:)

When I moved to Thunder Bay I was swamped with my work, and the two cleaners who visit my home are doing spectacular work every time. This has been a huge reduction of stress for me, and I'm happy to keep using their service as long as I'm in town.

We hired Molly Maid to deep clean a house that we were emptying out to sell. The two lovely ladies that came did a spectacular job cleaning the entire house. Everything was spotless and the floors that I thought would never come clean, look great!Very hard working and professional ladies…. cannot recommend them enough!

I had a studio apartment that was starting to feel like a pigsty. Carol and Juleah worked their magic on it for a couple of hours and the end result felt like a home again. It was a great way to kick start me into staying tidy.

I'm sorry for the late review, but I wanted to highlight some excellent service I received from Minic and Stacy about a month ago. I have been using Molly Maid for about 2 months now and have received excellent service. About a month ago I had forgotten to take a bag of garbage out with me when leaving for work. When Minic and Stacy arrived to clean my house they discovered that my dog had gotten into the garbage. They went above and beyond and cleaned up the garbage and even left me a note to let me know that my dog got into the garbage because they were worried she may be sick later on. For me that's exceptional service. Thank-you very much for taking good care of my home and my pup.
