I have been using Molly Maid Kanata for many years. Ahmed and his team provide not only a thorough clean but the staff are professional and friendly.. They take extra care to work around my 2 cats who are in separate rooms (to make sure the cats are safe and out of the way). I usually get the same team unless i make a schedule change which occasionally happens and they go out of their way to make sure there is the least disruption to my schedule which is appreciated. My neighbour also uses them so we would both highly recommend their service.

Jennifer and Erin from Molly Maid did a fantastic job cleaning our home! They were incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and left everything spotless. They took the time to make sure every room looked amazing.

They were also so kind and pleasant to work with, and I really appreciated how great they were with my dog, Max he absolutely loved them! It’s not always easy finding people who are both professional and genuinely caring, but Jennifer and Eric were exactly that.

I think if I could I would give this Molly Maid team 10 stars! Ahmed and Alexandra run a wonderful company — they operate with heart and kindness. Today, Ahmed went above and beyond my expectations when he discovered during a related conversation that due to my husband’s major surgery I was unable to change my bedsheets (it’s an adjustable bed and hard for one person to do it). He was in the area and offered to come by and we did it together! That’s exceptional customer service I’d say and rare to find in this impersonal world we seem to live in. Thank you Ahmed. You rock! Oh, and the house was perfectly cleaned today too by our Molly Maid team. Amazing!
